www.mina-mina.it may be used only and exclusively for personal purposes. The use of the Website for commercial purposes is prohibited.

The Selling Company offers products for sale on www.mina-mina.it and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users, hereinafter referred to as “Customers or in the singular Customer”.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CARE

The delivered items may slightly differ from the images as our mix and match criterion is based on the creative interchangeability of the elements to protect the uniqueness of the product, without however affecting its chromatic balance.

The items are all costume jewelry products and as such must be treated with care. It is therefore recommended to take the necessary precautions to avoid damaging the items, including for example not wearing costume jewelry: during physical activity, when washing your hands, taking a shower or bathing in the sea or swimming pool. Do not spray perfumes or anything else containing alcohol or solutions with an aggressive pH.

– €6 for purchases under €50

Italy Islands:

– €6 for purchases under €50

Europe:
– €15 regardless of the amount

Outside Europe:
Purchase and shipping to be evaluated by forwarding the request via email to info@mina-mina.it

All items come with packaging.

All products purchased on the site will be shipped within 2/7 working days from receipt of the order, unless otherwise indicated in the offer. We are not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

The items will be shipped to Italy via express courier.

The indicative delivery times are:
-Italy (Excluded Islands): 24/48 h
-Italy Islands: 48/72 h
-Europe: 48/72 h

We remind you that automatic substitutions for model changes are not possible, but
you need to return the item and place a new order. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

In order to authorize the return, you must send an email to info@mina-mina.it with attached photographic documentation (front/back photo of the item) to verify the integrity of the product you would like to return, clearly indicating the reason. Once the item has arrived at the company and the integrity of the product has been verified, the return costs of €12.00 will be retained.
If you wish to use our collection service, we will organize and manage the collection, but transport costs of €6.00 ​​will be retained.

In case the product is incorrect or damaged, the product will be replaced or refunded after testing and photographic documentation of the product, to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

PAYMENTS

Payment for purchases is made on the day of the order by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MasterCard) PayPal or Stripe (MasterCard, VISA, VISA ELECTRON). In the event that payment is made via PayPal, the charge or refusal will be immediate. According to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, we do not store your bank details to ensure greater security in the processing of personal data. The Customer is required to record and print the payment data if he wishes to keep the details of his bank transaction.

Mina Mina di Marianna Randazzo, will not have access to the credit card data, but will only manage the Customer's data (name, surname, address, etc.) necessary for sending the products to their home.
